Metal NFC card: integrated with 13.56MHz NFC chips (like NTAG213/215/215), main function is near-field data interaction, focusing on solving the problem of metal shielding radio frequency signals, enable the instant contactless data sharing when tap with smartphone with NFC, like name, number, social medias, company introduction etc, it combines traditional physical card with digital technology.
Metal credit card: with EMV chip holes(FM4442 and FM4428) in front, and with the hico magnetic strip and white signature at back, blank card in different color and finish effect, the bevel edge is made in card to look more expensive, mainly used for custom design and enrich the cool credit card image option.

Metal Cards Production Process
1. Select premium material
metal material in sheet, each sheet can be produced in 10pcs standard size metal card (85*54mm)
2. Making film and Exposure
film with card design in high contrast and high clarity.
3. Develop the film on the material
Make the film design on metal sheet and cover blue oil for etch
4. Etching
Etch logo, texts, pattern, cut out parts.
6. Drill the chip hole, laser cut, bevel edge
For metal credit card and NFC metal card
5. Sonic clean the material after etch

7. Electroplate colors
Liquid plasting or PVD palting card colors..
8. Silk printing
silk print custom color, logo, textures, texts
9. laser engrave
Laser engrave gold or silver logo and texts
10. Grind edge
the card edge is little sharp after removed from sheet, this process makes the card edge more smooth.
9. Quality control
QC the card finish, color, printing, texts etc
10. Packing
Each metal card is packed in individual OPP bag, then put in hard paper box, 50-100pcs per box.

The Production Methods to Make Different Colors and Texture Finish.
The matt finish is raw material effect, the frosted is chemical etched, the brush is made by drawing mill, mirror is polished by machine, texture is chemical etched.
